Liberty Guard intends to use our clout to propose the “PAVES Act” (“Protecting America’s Voting and Elections Systems”). No more fraud. No more “error”.
Liberty Guard is proposing this bold legislation that tackles the main sources of ballot fraud in Federal elections. These reforms will fix what we are seeing right now in Georgia and other places.
- Mandatory voter ID for ALL Federal elections. Signatures on absentee ballots must be verified, with witness from the major parties present to observe.
- No mail-in ballots unless the voter is over 70, infirm, or a member of the U.S. Military serving abroad- AND specifically requests an absentee ballot.
- A mandatory regular scrub of each locality’s voter lists, at least twice a year, to remove dead and ineligible voters.
- A ban on foreign-owned businesses selling vote-counting software to U.S. jurisdictions, and a ban on foreign-owned entities having custody of any ballot data.
- All vote counts must be actually observed by representatives from both major parties in order to be counted as valid votes.
The FBI has too many woke and politicized bureaucrats to do its job. It needs a change, and it needs structural reform to stop the woke stuff and make it effective at catching bad guys- not turning innocent citizens into bad guys.
Here is the package of FBI reforms we are working for, to be passed as soon as possible:
- Increase Congressional oversight and accountability. The legislation governing these agencies must be amended to make clear that Congress has ultimate oversight power over them. The law must make clear that Bureau leadership CANNOT ignore congressional oversight inquiries.
- Make the FBI accountable in court. We must change the law to limit the immunity afforded the FBI in court.
- Make the DOJ and FBI more accountable to the constitutional rights of individual citizens. We must expand the First Amendment protections found in Section 215 of the USA PATRIOT Act.
