Throughout our history, Liberty Guard has stood strong for individual rights. Among the most important of these rights are those embodied in the First Amendment – including freedom of speech and of the press – as well as the freedom to contract and to earn a living. James O’Keefe has been at the forefront of hard hitting investigative journalism, launching some of the most informative and important investigations of the last 20 years. 

James O’Keefe’s liberties are being attacked and he needs our help to protect his constitutional rights to speak and to earn a living.

Liberty Guard’s O’Keefe Legal Defense Fund will help raise funds to be used to help him pay to defend his ability to conduct his work as an investigative journalist and retain his freedom of speech.
