The Government Isn’t in the Business of Returning Power

The Government can create “valid” reasoning for whatever they want to do whenever they want to do it. Although its initial purpose may be valid, politicians and lawmakers can continue to reimagine the purpose of a law, use it out of context, or even reset the timeline of expiration to fit their agendas. With so many questionable actions in government one thing remains certain, whenever new power is taken… it’s rarely returned.
